Yesterday, our only aim is to buy an IPhone, which I’ve been keeping an eye for a long time. Congratulations to me for having a new love, my IPhone 4s. However, we finished the cell phone shopping in just 30 minutes that give us time to roam around the mall. It is where I found the place that caters to wide range of music instruments.

Actually, we spend more time in that store as compared to the cell phone shop. I’m not sure if wifey is enjoying it, but I’m truly having great time. I even tried playing evans drums that caught the attention of few people. The truth, I’m not a good at it and I think I created noise instead of music, unfortunately. But, I really enjoyed every moment of it. Now, I’m thinking of including a music room my dream house. I’m pretty sure it will come in handy especially after a stressful day.

trying to update as much as possible

Hey guys it’s been ages since the last time I posted something here. Sorry about that I’ve been busy with a lot of stuff including my new found job. But, I will now try to update as much as possible.

Anyway, I just want to share that we already moved to a new house. The flat is far better than before, although it’s not cost effective. But, we like it a lot. The thing is every time somebody comes to visit, they have one common comment, too white and plain. So, wifey and I plan on putting wallpaper or painting using a different color.

In addition, I also want to change the switch plate covers. The current one is just an ordinary switch plate that is plain and white. I’ve found a lot of switch plates that have a more decorative feel to them – ones that are more colorful or more artsy in nature. I’m sure this wall plate selection can spice up the look of any room. But, I also need to match it to whatever wallpaper design or paint we will use.

However, it is vitally important for your health to get the right guidance when partaking in any physical training. It’s easy to see the body becoming slimmer and the muscles becoming more defined but what we don’t know is what exactly is going on inside. The heart is the most important muscle of all and requires the most care but many people underestimate just what it goes through when we push ourselves into stringent fitness regimes.

Gone is the mantra of fitness experts of days gone by – no pain, no gain. If you have pain then you’ve done too much. Up to date equipment in public gyms have devices to monitor heart rates and work out calorie usage etc. However, they are susceptible to external influences such as power surges and humidity. As this is the heart and this is what we need to be aware of.

Personal heart rate monitors are much more reliable and will be tailored to the individual wearer. A close eye can be kept on calorie expenditure and heart rate giving a good indication of progress being made.

However, it is important to understand that readings will vary from day to day, with good reason. Many factors will influence heart rate and if you are wearing a monitor you can allow for these fluctuations and alter your workout accordingly.

Heart rate will alter quite drastically in relation to heat, cold, altitude and air quality. Drugs, whether they are prescription or otherwise, will strongly influence the heart rate as will alcohol, lack of sleep and blood sugar levels.

While it is necessary to push the limits of your body to increase fitness you must pay attention to your heart rate. In doing so, the body will work to optimum ability, becoming fitter and stronger much quicker.

Another factor affecting the heart rate is the state of your emotions at that time. Anger and stress will raise the heart rate even on resting whereas depression will lower the heart rate. If you don’t listen to your body and your emotions and continue to push the body to extremes, you are making yourself susceptible to heart disease. The heart, as a muscle, works much more efficiently if you work within its day to day boundaries.

It is very important to understand how prolonged emotional stress, perhaps due to something such as mental abuse, over a period of time will cause the heart rate to stay elevated. Exercise is always good for mental well-being but wearing a heart rate monitor will ensure you are aware of any unseen problems.

It is also imperative to know that you are relaxing properly in between exercising so that your body works as efficiently as possible. It is relatively easy to sustain an increased heart rate through stress while sitting perfectly still and it pays to be aware of this through a personal monitor.

Many insurance companies will reduce premiums if you can show you are actively pursuing a healthy lifestyle so you can save money as well as saving your health.

sweets for Valentine’s Day

It’s been seven days since I left the country and the last time I saw wifey’s face. I really miss her so much that I want to go back the soonest possible time. But, that will depend on the processing of my working visa, which is the reason I exit the country. Life here isn’t so easy especially that I’m alone with her around. That’s why when I go back I wanted to celebrate with her probably dining out and had some great movies together.

I’m also praying that I can go back before Valentine’s Day. Even if I’m miles away from her I’m still looking for ways to surprise her for that special day. Currently, I’m considering several Gourmet gifts at Sharis Berries. There is no doubt she will be very happy to receive sweets as she loves it. I also love sweets, but not that much. Still, I’m going to eat it with her because it makes it more special. Plus, Sharis Berries sweets are really special. Oh well, I’m just hoping I will be back before Vday.

it would be late Christmas gift

Christmas is already over, but I still haven’t given wifey anything. Salary didn’t come before Christmas day that’s why it would be a late Christmas gift. It’s better late than never, right? But, I will keep my word and will give something she will really like, which is a bunn coffee maker. I’m sure she will love this.

Throughout seven years of our relationship, wifey never miss a day without coffee. Her day is off if she misses one. She can start a day with just a cup of coffee. She used to make her own coffee. But, recently when she started working, I’m the one preparing it because she has a little time in the morning. The only problem is that I’m also started going to the office. So, giving her a coffee maker will make life better and easier. She can even bring this coffee maker to the office to share with her office mates. That way she can sip her favourite coffee whenever she feels like it.

new year is about to unfold

Merry Christmas everyone! It’s a bit late, but it’s better than not greeting at all. Anyway, a new year is about to unfold. So, this is the time to get rid of things that are unnecessary to start fresh and clean. That is exactly what my cousin is doing – clearing out his closet.

Even before Christmas, he started sorting his stuff. Unfortunately, he has so many that took him time to finish. It would be a waste to just throw all those unwanted stuff because he works for it, just that he never really uses it. Plus, some of it is still new with price tags on it. So, he decided to hold a garage sale sometime next year.

However, I suggest him the use of pop display and racks. These point-of-sale fixtures can attract the attention of clients. So, it will be easier for him to sell all of his stuff. Customers can easily see the merchandise and they can help themselves. I’m pretty sure buying these fixtures are a great investment because he can use it over and over again in the future. With his shopping attitude, garage sale is expected to happen again in the future.

The day after tomorrow, brother of wifey will be returning to live with us again. But, I will have to encourage him to get a job even temporary. Wifey and I cannot afford to handle all the expenses. Our salary isn’t too big to add one more person. That’s why as early as now, I am trying to look for Coroner Jobs or any other jobs he might like.

He might think I’m meddling too much over his life. I don’t want to do that if I had enough money to live comfortably with him around. But, it will be a burden in our finances if he stays too long with us. So, I need to find a way to tell him about the job vacancies without hurting his ego.

Well, getting a job is for his sake. That way he won’t have to stay in the house the whole day sleeping. He will have some money to spend for whatever he needs while being able to build some friends. At least that is the best reason I can think of.

I can’t blame wifey for being stressed for the last nine days. She is not used in total cover up whenever she goes out of the house. Here, she needs to wear the proper Islam clothes, which she doesn’t have. So, she needs to wear at least five clothes other than her underwear to conform to the law. Add the stress of waiting for our visas to be released.

For that matter I promised her a shopping spree for keeping her patience high. It’s the best medicine whenever she is stressed. There is lots of clearance lingerie I found while I’m doing some web surfing although I’m still unsure if she will like the design or style of those items. She still hasn’t seen it, but for me it fits her tastes. Well, we are just hoping that everything will go on smoothly.

sister is now wearing eyeglasses

It’s not a secret that sister has a bad vision especially for reading, which started during her 20s. For years, she opt using contact lenses because it doesn’t get in the way of her face. Plus, she can choose from varying colors that suit her hair color. Whenever asked if she will use reading glasses, she will always say no. I’m not sure what changes her mind because she posted a picture of her new eyeglasses.

She does have some taste – will not name drop the brand. One thing is sure, it’s a pricey brand. But, it’s worth the penny because it looks good on her. Well, I haven’t talked to her yet that’s why I still don’t know the reason that changes her mind. If I were to be asked, I would prefer she wears eyeglasses since it’s much convenient than putting contact lenses, besides she has a very nice eye wear.
