Caught! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Hold Hands

Feasibly you are still wondering about the relationship between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, will now here’s the answer: they are a couple. The two “Twilight” lovebirds were caught holding hands backstage at the MTV Movie Awards 2011. Like with every other red carpet event, at this year’s MTV Movie Awards too Kristen and Robert went out of their way to act like there’s nothing more going on between them than a platonic relationship. Most of the time, they managed to do just that and even convince those who still believe their romance is a PR stunt that this is what it is – if you disregard Kristen calling Robert “honey” on stage.

However, backstage, the two let their guard slip down for a brief instant when, after posing for pictures for the press, they were holding hands – and there’s video to prove it. Past the 1.30 minute mark, Robert and Kristen believe they’re done with their press duties and they start to move towards the exit. They’re clearly more relaxed and they probably don’t even suspect there’s a camera on them right now, which explains why they’d hold hands.

This isn’t the only hint that they’re a couple: when they took to the stage to accept the Best Kiss Award, after some bantering about how they didn’t want to lock lips because they didn’t feel like it, Kristen called Rob “honey.” He said he knew someone in the audience whom he did want to kiss and, as he made his way towards the pit, Kristen called after him, “Go get ‘em, honey!” Obviously, it could have been part of the joke – but there’s no denying there was hand-holding backstage, when Rob and Kristen thought no one was looking.

Bradley Cooper is looking to rekindle the romance with one of his former (alleged) flames, Jennifer Aniston, Just one month after splitting from Renee Zellweger. Bradley and Jennifer were romantically linked in the media right before he started going out with Renee, which prompted some talk the other week about how Jennifer felt Renee had “stolen” Bradley from her.

In fact, reports even said that Aniston was “gloating” because things didn’t work out between the two because that meant she had another chance with the “Limitless” actor, as we also informed you at the time. Even more, though things didn’t work out for them the first time around, in 2009, both are open to the idea and are willing to see whether second time is a charm.

Jen always had a soft spot for Bradley, and she thinks he is very attractive and charming. Jen appreciates that Bradley is low-key, loves dogs and is focused on his movie career. As it happens, Bradley just wrapped up the huge promo tour for his latest film, “Limitless,” and is now back in Los Angeles, with definite plans of spending some time with Aniston. Julianne Hough a professional dancer and country singer is not on Christina Aguilera’s favorites list, it would seem. At a pre-Golden Globes 2011 party, the two got into a very heated confrontation, it has emerged. Though it’s not known what may have started all this bad blood between the two blondes, it is believed it could have something to do with the time they worked together on the set of the critically panned “Burlesque.” Either way, it was Aguilera who launched at Hough, who just happened to be at the same party as she was, Contact Music informs, citing reports in the US media.

“Julianne Hough, the 22-year-old American singer and current girlfriend of the television personality Ryan Seacrest, found herself in a confrontation with Christina Aguilera at a pre-Golden Globes party on Friday (14th January 2011),” the e-zine reports.

Out of the blue, when Aguilera saw Hough come in at the party at the SoHo House in West Hollywood, she went at her, verbally abusing and even threatening her much in the manner of “you’ll never work in this town again.”

“An eyewitness said that Aguilera was not pleased to see Hough at the party, adding, ‘Christina really got in her face’ and that she ‘unleashed a verbal barrage at Hough”. Aguilera didn’t stop here either, the report says: she also made a move for Julianne and, had not people interfered, she would have probably caused her some physical damage. Aguilera even grabbed the 22-year-old and that before the two could be separated she ‘threatened to torpedo Hough’s burgeoning country singing career’,” the same e-zine notes.

Lil’ Wayne released from prison

According to the recent entertainment news, Lil Wayne has been released from Rikers Island jail in New York after serving eight months on a gun charge. The Grammy award-winning rapper started his sentence in March but was let out early for good behaviour. He pleaded guilty last year to attempted weapon possession after a loaded gun was found on his tour bus. He’s release was revealed on New York’s Department of Correction website and his managers are saying he plans to travel to his home in Miami.

The 28-year-old rapper’s latest album, I Am Not a Human Being, hit number one in the US album chart after its release in September. He’s the first artist in 15 years to release a number one record on the US Billboard 200 chart while serving a prison sentence. Lil Wayne also had the best-selling album of 2008 and won a best rap album Grammy for Tha Carter III. Lil Wayne’s sentencing was delayed twice earlier this year. His first court appearance was postponed because he had to have some dental work carried out while the second was rearranged after a fire broke out at the court house in New York.

American president Barack Obama recently told Rolling Stone magazine that he has some of the rapper’s music on his MP3 player.

It gave me a bit of sanity. Even now, on days when I’m really frustrated, I’ll walk into the gym and say to my trainer, ‘We’re boxing today. For an hour, I need to hit things’,” she adds.

According to the recent news, American Idol is in trouble again as one of the rumored replacement judges, Jennifer Lopez, has already been dropped from the new line-up because she was too big a diva. Rumor had it producers wanted to go back to the 3-judge format, bringing in Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez to sit next to Randy Jackson. But that too is out of the question now, People magazine says.

With just one month to go, JLo had to be dropped as a potential judge because producers were not able to finalize the deal with her, one insider dishes. It’s not that the singer had a change of heart or anything about accepting the job, but rather that producers suddenly realized she wasn’t a good pick when she started to make almost impossible demands.

Lopez, who has somewhat of a reputation for being an outrageous diva, reportedly started reaching too far in her negotiations with the producers and the network – and was eventually sent home. “Her demands got out of hand,” says the source for People. “Fox had just had enough.” ‘But now that Lopez is out of the running, the network may be looking at their earlier top picks again,” People adds. As is usually the case with such situations, neither Fox nor a spokesperson for Lopez was immediately available for comments.

With Jackson being the only judge left, not few have been those saying that American Idol is literally breathing its last breath as we speak, since part of its appeal with audiences was the wonderful chemistry between the judges. Even if replacements are found in due time (and they probably will), this also means that Fox has to go the extra mile to make sure the chemistry between them is the right type, kind of like Cowell had with ex-judge Paula Abdul, ideally speaking.

Ellen DeGeneres quit ‘American Idol’

After just one year as a judge on the panel at American Idol, television personality Ellen DeGeneres has announced her decision to step down. In a statement released to E! Online and on her Twitter page as well, Ellen says the decision was not a rushed one but rather one she reached after many months of consideration. In other words, she just doesn’t feel like the right person for the job. Sadly, this is not all the drama that is now going on at AI, TMZ also says.

“A couple months ago, I let Fox and the American Idol producers know that this didn’t feel like the right fit for me. I told them I wouldn’t leave them in a bind and that I would hold off on doing anything until they were able to figure out where they wanted to take the panel next. It was a difficult decision to make, but my work schedule became more than I bargained for. I also realized this season that while I love discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent, it was hard for me to judge people and sometimes hurt their feelings. I loved the experience working on Idol and I am very grateful for the year I had. I am a huge fan of the show and will continue to be,” Ellen says in the statement.

“Sources connected with the American Idol negotiations tell TMZ Kara DioGuardi has judged her last contestant on American Idol – because she’s been fired. We’re told the show will be going back to a three-judge format and assuming all deals are finalized, the judge’s panel will consist of Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. We’re told the only way Kara could get a reprieve is if the J-Lo deal falls apart – but we’re told that deal is done,” TMZ writes.

With this also being Simon Cowell’s last season (with a rumored replacement in Steven Tyler), rumors in the media are starting to pick up that American Idol can’t possibly survive with just one of the judges audiences have come to know and love. In the context of falling ratings over the past couple of seasons, it could very well be that the once-popular show is breathing its last breath.

Well what can we say? Rihanna has come a long way from where she was a little over a year ago, both in terms of her personal life and her career in music. The July 2010 issue of Elle magazine is very illustrative in this sense, bringing a full feature an interview with the singer, who talks about anything and everything, from fashion to music and, yes, her new boyfriend and other personal matters.

“A year ago, I was very confused because [Chris Brown] was my best friend. All of a sudden, one night changed our whole lives – not only our friendship, but our lives.
