I wake up feeling so nice today after having an eight hour sleep. That is a good indication that I will have a good day for the whole day. Indeed, it turns out just as I expected. With that I was able to accomplish a lot of things including fixing some stuff here at home.

We have been bothered by out leaking faucet since last year. But, I ignore it thinking that wifey and I go back to our hometown and won’t be back in this house. However, I was wrong and here we are again. There is not much of a choice, but to fix it.

Actually, I’m already thinking of replacing it to Kohler kitchen faucet. The old faucet looks a little complicated to fix. I think the only one who could do it is the plumbers. But, we don’t want to pay their expensive fees. Even the owner of the house did not bother to have it fix because of the rates. I can’t just let the water continue dripping, so I’ll do it myself. Hopefully, I’ll get it right.

Sister always gets frustrated every time her car breaks down. We all know that car repair these days’ costs hundreds if not thousands of dollars. But, I wonder how she uses her vehicle since breakdown should be the least of her problems as it is a brand new car and a 2010 model. Probably she is reckless and doesn’t really practice proper care.

The only way to avoid shelling out huge bucks is to get an Extended Warranty that will take care of vehicle repairs. For sure there are lots of companies giving this service locally. In the US, they have the US Direct Protect, a national company with three years in the business and a consistent B+ or higher BBB rating and a member of the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA). They are the front-runner in the brokerage of auto warranties and vehicle service contracts.

With this kind of warranty on hand, my sister will surely have a peace of mind. Of course, she must look for the most affordable rate. She is lucky if she can find proprietary software like that of US Direct that can match their clients’ needs and budget with a sound and affordable plan. If she does, then unexpected expenses and service-related hassles are eliminated. And, she will be covered for emergencies at home and on the road.

It’s been a week now since I started looking for my flash drive. I specifically remember I placed it in the utility rack with some other items like my stamp, keys and so on. But, I can’t find it anywhere. Wifey doesn’t have any idea as well.

Actually, I have the option not to look for it anymore. It’s easy to buy new flash drive at higher storage capacity like 16GB or 32GB at a very affordable price. I’ve seen crazy discounts at some store in the web. It’s like Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. It’s really tempting to purchase new ones.

Basically, my old one is only 8GB. But, I placed lots of pictures and other important files in there. There is no other back-up on those files, so making new copies is impossible. That’s why I really need to find it even if I decided to grab the huge discounts. I really hate myself for forgetting where I place that stuff.

After a week-long of stressful work, would it be nice to relax with the entire family enjoying the cool breeze of the beach? Indeed, it is a wonderful idea. I always want that kind of lifestyle especially now that I’m starting to feel the stress of being a working guy. That is the very reason I want to invest to a property near the beach like Outer Banks homes if I will be able to save enough.

Of course that is not in my top priority. It comes only after I fulfilled the first and most important things in my lists. But, that doesn’t mean I will not start my hunt now. It’s better to start the search early so I can formulate a plan on getting that property. For the meantime I’ll just hope, pray, work hard and live life until I fulfill this dream.

When I opened my facebook account yesterday, my attention is caught by the photos posted by a friend. It is a picture of ultrasound in pregnancy. But, she did not mention the person carrying the baby. I read the comments and I realized that it is hers.

Well, I’m just happy for her. Soon she will be a full pledge woman.
