the funny thoughts
In my previous post I mentioned that my future-in-laws decided to cut off their cable connection due to the problem it caused to their children. However, when the head of the family surfs his channels now, he wants to get it back. For a simple reason that he lost all his favorite channels. He can only watch seven local stations.
Funny though, but he secretly wants me to check on cable providers and their rates. He doesn’t want his wife to know about this inquiry. Well, the thought of the matter reminds me of Direct TV. I found it over a few months from now. Back then, I know they offer six packages that have lots and lots of channels. I just don’t know if their rates are still the same.
I tried to look at their site to get the information. Well, Direct TV Offers the same number of channels with great savings for a year. The spare money from the savings can be used to pay other house bills. I think it’s good enough.
Direct TV Deals are really attractive. But, in the end it doesn’t really matter as it is not available outside the US. As to my father-in-laws secret inquiry, I think I will have to give him the information of other cable channels offered here. With regards the connection, if ever, he will have to deal with his daughter who is wifey.
