problem with job employment
Before I got my driver’s license, I went through a drug test. Taking the test is part of the process. But, I am confident that I will pass a drug test. However, one of my friends is having a problem on his job employment as well as getting a license.
The fact that he will take the test intimidates him. And accordingly, he said that he has the right to refuse. However, if he refuses, then he will not get the job and the license that is needed in his sales job. So, he has no choice but to take it. However, if he fails the same thing will happen. He will not get the job and the license. He should not fear if he is really clean. For sure he will pass drug test. There is no need to worry about passing drug tests. But it would be an issue if he is a user.
I just leave it to him. It’s up to him if he wants to get it or not, he knows the consequences of both ways. For now, I am not sure if he really went through the test or looked for a new job which is the most stupid thing of all. There are ways to pass the test if he really wants to. But if he is not creative enough to look for ways, then his effort in job hunting is futile. I just hope he will realize that before his future employer will give the job to other candidate. It’s a job that will not wait forever. He really needs to decide.
I haven’t heard a word from him after our conversation last week. I used to getting text and offline messages. Should I initiate our conversation? Will it do good to his confuse mind or will it just add to his confusion? What will it be? I am also confused.
