make it up to her
Last month, my mom told me to buy our youngest some books that she can use in learning. Well, she is not so happy about it, telling me if she can change it to a toy. I was dumbfounded that time, not knowing what to say to my little sister. So, I just smiled and back away. After a while, I realized that kids will love books that have lots of colors and figures. And, I bought plain books without such for her. It’s a mistake. So, to make it up to her I bought her colorful personalized books I found on the net. It’s really cute and my sister loves it. The other books I gave her before, according to my mom was kept in the cabinet.
