less costly exercise!
By just looking at the mirror, you know that you really need to start working out. However, with our current economic situation just computing the cost of buying fitness equipment or enrolling in a gym makes you feel worn out. Or perhaps just pretend your body is still on the borders of the healthy. You may choose to go on diet, combine it with slim shots and an exercise.
But, performing a strength-training regimen to gain strength and build muscles and bones need not be expensive. Unless you seek a body builder’s physique, all you need are barbells and dumbbells. If you are on a very tight budget, you can replace them with anything that has weight like a hardbound book or a bottle of water. Do these exercises two to three times a week, allowing rest days in between for muscles to recover.
