Sleep your troubles away
Next time you’re feeling stressed at night, take comfort in knowing that Mom was right: things really do seem brighter in the morning. A study found that people who felt lonely, sad or overwhelmed experienced a larger than normal surge of energy-lifting hormone cortisol after waking up the next morning. While too much cortisol have negative long-term effects, in the short term, it helps give you the energy you need to get up and face a new day especially if you are on have a job interview on that day. Try reading your job descriptions the night before it, even though it may stress you, it will be fine.
