Handy dandy kit
For dad sure most dads’ may say “I got it” or “let me handle it” most of the time, but he could still use some help – especially when he’s out the road. Before heading out to any of your scheduled out-of-town trips, put together his compass, penlight, army knife, maps and flashlight in a multi-purpose box. Punch holes onto the lid, and thread a ½ inch wide garter through it. Use these to hold small items in place. Throw in a power bar or some candy, just to be sure dad doesn’t fall asleep at the wheel. By the way, secure his cheap auto insurance just in case.
